This does appear to be RAI Rome, dated November 21, 1957 in "50 Anni di
Opera Lirica alla Rai 1931-1980." The date is that of the first broadcast
and the performance was probably prerecorded.

In the 1977 Bayreuth Festival's Tristan und Isolde, the young sailor was sung by Siegfried Jerusalem and Melot by Robert Schunk. The Tristan's first name was spelled Spas, not Spass, and the Isolde's first name was spelled Caterina.
